There are multiple ways to look for the full-text article of a citation. If it is a citation from a biomedical journal, PubMed Single Citation Matcher is often a good starting point. If it is a journal that is not indexed in PubMed, try searching for the journal in DeLib Discovery or a database other than PubMed. If the eLibrary does not have the article, you can request a copy through InterLibrary loan.
